Refund policy

We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalized orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, sometimes they may arrive not looking as intended. All of our balloons are assembled by an incredibly dedicated and passionate team who don't allow any items to leave our shop unless they are absolutely perfect. 

We are unable to issue discounts or refunds if an image of the faulty item isn't provided within 1 hour of arrival.
